What Is YardRink's Return Policy?
We want you to feel confident in your YardRink purchase. Our goal is simple: make sure every family has a great YardRink experience from purchase throughout the life of your rink .
If you need to return an item, returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for refund
